What this site collects

This website has no forms of its own and collects no form submissions. Reading it does not require an account. The two ways to reach the practice from this site — online scheduling through Klara and text messaging through Weave — are third-party services, described below.

Online scheduling (Klara)

The “Schedule online” buttons open Klara, a third-party booking and secure-messaging service used by the practice. Anything you enter in Klara — your contact details, the appointment you choose, and any messages you send — is collected and stored by Klara on the practice’s behalf under Klara’s own privacy policy and terms, which are shown inside Klara, and is used by the practice only to schedule and coordinate your care. Klara is not for emergencies — if this is urgent, call 911. Calling the office at (808) 439-6201 or emailing Contact@pacificboneandjoint.com works the same way: the information you share is used to respond to you and schedule care.

Text messaging (Weave)

The “text us” button in the corner of each page is Weave, a third-party messaging service used by the practice. The phone number, name, and message you enter are collected by Weave on the practice’s behalf under Weave’s own privacy policy and terms, and are used only to reply to you and coordinate care. Text messages are not for emergencies — if this is urgent, call 911.

How information is used

Information you share by scheduling, texting, calling, or emailing is used to contact you about scheduling and the services you asked about. We do not sell or rent personal information. Information is shared only with service providers necessary to operate this website and to schedule or coordinate care (such as Klara and Weave), or as required by law.

Health information

This website is not a patient portal. Medical records, imaging, and protected health information are handled through secure, HIPAA-compliant channels once you become a patient — our office will direct you to the right tools. Nothing on this site creates a physician–patient relationship.

Analytics & embedded content

Pages may embed videos from YouTube (served via youtube-nocookie.com) that load only after you press play; YouTube’s own privacy policy applies to played videos. If analytics tools are enabled, they are configured to avoid collecting personally identifiable information.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have shared with the office — including through Klara — by contacting the office at (808) 439-6201.
